When I started the support group for victims of gun violence, only 3 people showed up. At first I felt a little disappointed because I really wanted to make a difference; but then I rested on the GOD’s promise, “Build it and they will come”. This is the message that I was getting for the last 6 months. I believe this message and know that I must continue do my part and be ready for when GOD brings the participants.
When setting and moving on our goals, sometimes there will be disappointments and set backs. But does that mean we give up? NO! We have to stay steady,do our part of the work and be patient while the Universe opens up to give us what is needed to advance the goal.
So do not focus on the outcome, but focus on the journey. There is always something to learn from the experience.
DON’T GIVE UP ON YOUR DREAM!!!
